Alrighty! So today, Creative Writing! We met at Waterloo and walked around Soho and Covent Garden writing. Pretty straight forward. Here are a bunch of pics!

Magpies!

Kind of a groovy alleyway. There are likely going to be a bunch of these posted. I like alleys like this.

This funny little pigeon thing that just kind of hung out with me.

 The floating, moving statues.

Here's where we went for lunch! I actually ate this time. Gluten Free risotto! Couldn't be helped.

This was basically the end of class! China Town.

On the way to the flat I ran into a bunch of friends at the London Underground, or Tube. I was heading home and they were heading out so I turned around and joined up with their group and we went to...

Buckingham Palace!

After getting bored standing out front we meandered across the street to the park and had a picnic!
It started raining so I held my umbrella for the gals who'd forgotten theirs of didn't have one.
Perfect branch for a swing or pull-ups!

It rained again so I gave my hat to one of the ladies who couldn't squeeze under the umbrella phalanx.

After this, when I headed home, I grabbed some groceries and was heading back to the flat and got a text saying it was Doug's 21st birthday! I was famished and beat so I tried to go home and make food but they texted me again a little while later saying they were having so much fun and I should be there so I headed back out and hung out with Doug. They took off and came back after an hour or so. I was chatting with some locals so I hung out for a bit longer before heading back. When I finally caught up with them they were in the field adjacent to the complex playing football (soccer). That's what I saw. Until I got closer. Mike and Sam were playing football. Rachel and Jess were just kicking it at the picnic table. Jess was loudly proclaiming "Everything's spinning! Weeeee!!!" as Rachel kept a parental eye on her. The birthday boy was pointed out to me a while later, a lump of clothing over at the edge of the field, apparently having a pretty heavy make-out session with Tiffany. Well... There are several complexities to this situation that, for the sake of the potentially delicate sensibilities of my loving readers, I shan't spend much time on. Suffice it to say, Doug's birthday was a success. The outcome was overly intoxicated, not dangerously so, just dramatically so, but happy birthday boy and company. I, of course, herded these cats back to their dorms, made certain all were warm, dry, and safe, and then finally went to my flat for a long awaited and much deserved supper. Quickly making some chicken strips, I then found myself in bed.
